2. Original Artwork
All artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist unless otherwise stated. Each artwork is sold as seen and may include natural variations in texture and finish due to the handmade nature of the work.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honoured.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full before dispatch of any artwork, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commissions, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.
5. Commissions
Commissioned artworks are created in consultation with the client. While every effort is made to align with the agreed concept, the final piece reflects the artist’s style and interpretation.
Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable once work has begun. Final payment is required prior to delivery.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on location and will be confirmed at the time of purchase or enquiry.
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the original and bespoke nature of the artwork, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.
In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
8. Ownership & Copyright
Ownership of the physical artwork is transferred to the buyer upon full payment. However, copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.
The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Use of Images
The artist reserves the right to photograph and use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
10. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork.
